Starry Block quilt

This yummy quilt was made by Ethel. Her one request for the quilting - make the stars stand out.

She loved it - it was quite fun to quilt too! I did a pretty swirly detailed fill in the cream behind the stars.

 Then in the blue there is a feather, but the rest of the star pops up.

Kinda cool!
